Requests for Qualifications for Multiple Professional Services

The Borough of Cresskill is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from interested persons and/or firms for the procurement of contractual professional services for: Borough Attorney, Borough Labor Attorney, Borough Auditor, Borough Planner, Borough Bond Counsel, Borough Engineer, Planning Board Attorney, Board of Adjustment Attorney, Risk Manager, Public Defender, Borough Prosecutor, Grant Writer, Financial Advisors and Tax Appeal Attorney. The Borough has structured a procurement process that seeks to obtain the desired results, while establishing a “fair and open” process under the Law, (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.,) to assure that each person and/or firm is provided an equal opportunity to submit a Qualification Statement in response to the RFQ.
