Dr. John Morgan Sworn In to Serve Cresskill, NJ with Community and State Leaders in Attendance
Cresskill, NJ – April 3, 2025 – In a momentous occasion, Dr. John Morgan was ceremoniously sworn in on April 2, 2025, as Mayor of the Borough of Cresskill, NJ. The ceremony, held at Borough Hall, was attended by esteemed guests, including Assemblyman Robert Auth and Assemblyman Dr. John Azzaritti, along with numerous members of the Cresskill community and neighboring towns.
"It is an honor and privilege to serve the residents of Cresskill," said Dr. Morgan. "I am fortunate to be able to build upon the strong foundation created by Benedict Romeo, who is deeply missed. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me and look forward to working alongside our community to ensure a bright future for our town."

As Mayor, Dr. Morgan aims to improve community engagement and transparency through social media updates and more frequent newsletters, strengthen our youth and senior programs, support local businesses, and strengthen our emergency preparedness and public safety.
