JOB OPENING – DPW

CRESSKILL BOROUGH, Bergen County is seeking a Department of Public Works Administrative Assistant. The position will report to the DPW Superintendent. Duties shall include but are not limited to the management of all accounts payable functions, invoices, processing purchase orders, troubleshooting issues that arise with vendors, time tracking and reporting of payroll, website maintenance, all activities related to telephone answering, and in person customer service reception. Applicants must have excellent communication, clerical, organizational and computer skills including experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, Edmunds MCSJ software a plus. Working hours are Monday-Friday 7:15 am – 3:15 pm. The Borough of Cresskill is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
